Disclaimer
Feng Shui facilitates change by balancing the energies within a home environment. Many variables contribute to an effective Feng Shui consultation, including garden analysis, furniture placement, directional analysis, and—most importantly—energy analysis. Each step is essential in assessing the client’s environment and creating an atmosphere of peace, harmony, abundance, and love.
It’s important to understand that the process of change is unique to each individual and can take time. Feng Shui is not a quick fix or a cure; rather, it is a tool designed to guide and support you on your journey.
Feng Shui Consultations
We want you to feel confident in booking your Feng Shui consultation. Our policy ensures fairness and flexibility while respecting the time and effort that goes into personalized guidance.
- Full Refund: If you cancel your consultation at least 7 days before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you may do so once within 30 days of your original booking.
- No Refunds After Consultation: Since Feng Shui consultations involve expert time, personalized analysis, and energy alignment, refunds are not available once the consultation has been completed.
If you have any concerns about your session, please reach out within 24 hours of completion, and we will do our best to support you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have requested a refund and haven’t received it yet, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Bank Account: Refunds can take a few days to process. Please check your account to confirm if the refund has been posted.
- Contact Your Payment Provider: Some banks and credit card companies take 5-10 business days to process refunds before they appear in your account.
- Check Your Email: If you paid via PayPal or another online payment platform, check for a refund confirmation email.
- Still Haven’t Received It? If you’ve completed these steps and still don’t see your refund, please contact us at in**@******************ts.au, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Sale Items Refunds
- Discounted Services & Artwork: Sale items, including promotional offers or discounted Feng Shui consultations and energy artwork, are eligible for refunds only if canceled within 7 days of purchase and before the consultation or artwork creation begins.
- Final Sale Items: Any final sale or clearance energy artwork pieces are non-refundable once purchased.

Energy Art Exchange Policy (Printed Versions Only)
We take great care in ensuring your printed Energy Art arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
- Damaged in Transit: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
- Exchanges Only for Damage: Due to the nature of printed artwork, exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
- Return Process: If required, we may ask you to return the damaged print before a replacement is issued. We will cover return shipping costs in these cases.
- Custom Orders & Limited Prints: If your order is a custom or limited edition print, we will do our best to replace it with the same or a comparable item.
Gifts & Returns
- If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase—or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves before giving it to you—the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please send us an email to advise of the returned product and for address details.
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Timeframes: The delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
- Secure Returns: For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
